What is the status of my order?

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Click on the tracking link in this email to view the updated status of your package. Otherwise, send us an email at info@ksmien.com and we'll happily check it for you!

Can I change my order information after the order is placed?

If you mistakenly input the wrong information, such as the shipping address, size,color or style, please contact us at info@ksmien.com ASAP. We will help you to change it if the package has not been shipped out.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order is still being processed and has not shipped,please contact us at info@ksmien.com ASAP cancel your order. If the item is already sent, we are unfortunately unable to cancel or adjust orders.

When will my order be shipped?

Your order will be processed and shipped within 2 - 8 business days of the order being placed.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders will be delivered within 2-7 working days, a few bulk orders will be delivered within 5-15 working days.

Where are your products shipped from?

Most of our products are stored and shipped from Fulfillment centers located in the United States.

How do I return my order?

We accept returns with original packaging and tags intact, within 30 days of receiving. For returns, please contact us at info@ksmien.com.
